Delivery Return Policy

Our services are at your doorsteps with affordable delivery charge. We process all deliveries through reputed courier services as well as our in-house delivery team. “Catering” Product will be shipped/delivered in any area of Bangladesh if you order minimum or above 500 products/quantities from “Catering” Categories. Less than 500 products/quantities will be shipped only in Dhaka, Bangladesh. If there is any modification in delivery charge for a particular item, it is mentioned in product details.
Order confirmation and delivery completion are subject to product availability. Delivery time may differ from one item to another.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line. The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics etc, also for the supplier delay for mass number of orders and for logistic partners; ie: courier services.

Refund:
If any order is cancelled within same hour of order and ensure by a phone call to our service contact number, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 15 working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel. We retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.
